Below are blank sample copies of Each of our Mannered Mutts Training contracts. Once you & one of our trainers decide on the training program(s) that's best for your pup, you will receive the contract for that program(s) via email for you to review & sign.

*The "behavioral issues", "goals", price, and program length sections of the contract will be filled out by our administrative assistant based on the information gathered by the trainer at your consult & what you've told us. You will be able to review these sections before signing*
