MMT Referral Program

So many of our amazing new clients come to us from both our recent and long-time clients recommending us to them. Our small business relies heavily on referrals and we want to show how grateful we are to our clients for the business they bring us. This inspired the launch of our new referral program! Below are the guidelines:

Benefits of Referring New Clients to Us

Any existing MMT client that refers people to us will receive a $50 credit per new customer referred. These credits can be used towards your next training program, boarding stay, or retail item!

Benefits for the Friends you Refer

The friends you refer can also benefit from this! If you refer a friend and they complete their consultation then they will automatically receive $25 in store credit that they can apply towards our retail or training services!

*The credit will applied to your account once the new customer completes either a consult or consult with initial lesson.

How you will receive your credit(s)

Existing Clients: We will notify you via email each time you receive store credit from a referral. This will be reflected on your account as store credit. Navigate to "Invoice & Estimates" under the "Account" tab in the pet portal to check your current store credit balance.

New Customers: If you heard about us through an existing client, please let us know! You will recieve your $25 store credit on your new MMT account. Navigate to "Invoice & Estimates" under the "Account" tab in the pet portal to check your current store credit balance.

How to use your referral credit(s)

To use your credit(s), send us a message and we will apply the credit(s) to the future invoice of your choice.
